The TilburgsAns project, a free city typeface combining type and icons, is quite unique in the world. And the way in which the typeface is embraced by the inhabitants and municipality of Tilburg is also worth noticing. The project shows the role type can play in a social community. That's why TilburgsAns sigend up for the Print Typography & Lettering Awards. We are very honoured that the jury granted the project with a Merit Award.
