About us

Sander Neijnens
 (Valkenswaard, 1957) lives in Tilburg. Since 1991 he works as a typographic designer commissioned by commercial, educational and cultural organisations. He also writes and publishes books about shirt numbers on football jerseys and the Giulietti accordion. Besides that he works with poet Nick J. Swarth in the On-Site Poetry project since 2006 (www.onsitepoetry.eu). 

Ivo van Leeuwen (1969) lives in Tilburg. Since 1996 he works as illustrator, graphic artist and painter. He makes free illustrations as well as commissioned work for newspapers and festivals. He also illustrates novels and poetry works. Together with S.L. Trumpstein he made the book ‘Ontsnapt aan de vrijheid’ (Escape from freedom) in 2005. In 2014 he was asked by Sander Neijnens to collaborate on the TilburgsAns fonts. www.ivovanleeuwen.com

The Letterteken Foundation

The activities and finances of TilburgsAns are supervised by the Letterteken Foundation. This foundation was startes in December 2015 and registered at the Dutch Kamer van Koophandel, account number 64721558.
