Chocolinde chocolates

The Linden tree on the central square De Heuvel has been an inhabitant of Tilburg from the end of the 16th century. In 1994 the tree was chopped down, but in the hollow trunk a new seedling was growing. The Linden Tree thus became a symbol for the city and for the circle of life. The Chocolinde is based on the TilburgsAns icon for the Linden Tree. These chocolates are for sale at Het Pastorie Lokaal (Havendijk 16a) and Vandemaker (Pieter Vreedestraat 15).
